How to get your ticket
Ticket in the app:
In the trade fair app, you can conveniently access the ticket and your public transport ticket in the ticket wallet there. Simply log in to the app with the Koelnmesse account you used to purchase your ticket.
The app also allows you to plan your visit to the trade fair efficiently. Here you will find the hall plan and navigation, exhibitor and product lists, the event programme and can network with other trade fair participants.
Ticket by download:
You will also receive your ticket as a PDF file in the order confirmation. You can also download the ticket to the wallet of your mobile device via a link in the e-mail.
The ticket for public transport will be sent to you in a separate e-mail. You can also call up your ticket and travelcard at any time under ‘My orders’ in the Ticket Shop.
Would you like to do without the advantages of the Koelnmesse account and the app? Then you can alternatively purchase a ticket on site or redeem a ticket code.
Head straight to the trade fair with an online parking pass
Get to your destination faster with an online parking pass: Simply enter your license plate details when you buy your pass, then drive right on in – without having to stop at a ticket machine. Alternatively, you can use the QR code on your pass. Enjoy hassle-free parking – no cash, no tedious waiting in line.

Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to check that visitors to the exhibition center are genuine trade visitors.
Accompanying pets
Dogs are permitted at spoga horse. However, other animals are not allowed at the event.
Children and youths
Children under the age of 12 accompanied by their parents are admitted free of charge.
Children aged 12 and over require a ticket for the event.
Travel ticket
You will receive your free ticket in a separate email. To use public transport, print out the PDF file in A4 format or download the PDF file to your mobile device. When downloading the spoga horse app, you can retrieve your ticket and your trade fair ticket in the spoga horse app.
The free travel ticket (2nd class) is valid for public transport in the VRS-network of the Rhein Sieg Transportoperated by the Rhein Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) .
Exempted are trains of the Deutsche Bahn AG subject to a surcharge, e.g. the IC/EC or ICE.
The public transport ticket only provides authorization for arrival and departure in the context of a visit to Koelnmesse GmbH within the indicated period of the trade fair. It is non-transferable and only valid in connection with a valid photo identification and an admission ticket of Koelnmesse GmbH.
