Binding Booking of a Timeslot for spoga horse Fashion Night

Duration: One timeslot lasts 1:45 minutes Content: A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 complete outfits from your brand can be presented per timeslot. These include tops and bottoms, shoes/boots, and socks Show: 1 fashion show, twice daily, 30 minutes each.

Optional: Creation of a professional compilation of your timeslot for an additional fee (upon request)

Please note:
Due to legal regulations or organizational restrictions, a child model is limited to a maximum of 4 time slots per show.

The model sizes specified in the conditions of participation apply (German standard).

Important dates and requirements

• Deadline for submitting images and outfit descriptions: December 10, 2025 (midnight CET)
Submissions should be sent to the agency diefarbenull
• Outfit handover: February 5, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. at the latest (Hall 7, backstage area)
• Outfit collection: February 9, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. (Hall 7, backstage area)

By registering, we confirm the following:
Acceptance of and compliance with the conditions of participation, in particular
• our participation in the fitting day (Thursday, February 5, 2026)
• our consent to the publication of image material and the livestream of the show Payment of the participation fee (1,999 euros net per timeslot, includes participation in all 6 shows)
