Pancake & the Ponytante is a child-friendly educational, media and hands-on project dedicated to the world of horses. Its goal is to inspire children aged approximately 3 to 11 at an early age and to share horse knowledge, values and joy in interacting with horses in a playful, creative and age-appropriate way.
At the heart of the project is the pony character Pancake, who, together with the Ponytante, accompanies children through videos, interactive formats and creative activities. The content includes horse knowledge, basic horse care as well as respectful and empathetic interaction with animals and people.
The project is intentionally designed for all children, regardless of their background or previous contact with horses. Its aim is to make horses accessible to children and to create first points of connection to the equestrian world - also for families who do not yet have direct access to a stable or riding school.
At the same time, Pancake & the Ponytante also addresses parents. Through supportive video formats, families are accompanied even before the first riding lesson, for example with questions such as: How do I recognize a good riding school? What equipment does my child really need? How can I support and engage my horse-loving child in an age-appropriate way?
This includes recommendations and presentations of child-friendly books, games and creative materials related to the world of horses. The aim is to give parents guidance and confidence and to support them on their journey into the equestrian world.
We want to inspire children sustainably for horses and provide them with knowledge and positive experiences that can open the door to equestrian sports in the long term. Because the future of equestrian sport lies in the next generation.
The concept is aimed at riding schools, educational institutions and brands that want to reach children and families and actively support the next generation in equestrian sport.
