Order your ticket codes for construction passes exclusively in the service shop

As soon as the ticket codes are available for order – approximately three months before the start of the event – we will inform you separately by e-mail. There you will also find all the details on the ordering process.

Please note: The ticket codes will no longer be sent automatically.

Your advantages:

  • Order your free contingent of construction passes.
  • Send the ticket codes - either to your own e-mail address or directly to your build up and dismantling personnel
  • Inform yourself about the status of your ticket codes and the mailing history

And this is how it works:

1. Log in

As soon as the ticket codes can be ordered, log in to your Koelnmesse account. In the service shop, select the menu item "Tickets" and click on "Construction passes".

2. Order ticket codes

Order the desired number of codes for your build up and dismantling personnel at any time.

3. Authorize users

You can authorize additional users to order all or selected ticket types.

4. Send ticket codes

In the ticket code administration, you can send the ordered ticket codes as an excel file to either your own e-mail address or to other desired recipients.

5. Reporting

See in real time how many of your ticket codes have already been redeemed and/or used to enter the trade fair.
